Remote management and monitoring

ETS remote management and monitoring of all ETS wireless Hotspots assures maximum uptime and proactive alerts of any performance or operating issues.  It allows ETS to have full remote control over the entire wireless network to perform updates or changes to the Hotspot configuration.   

Expedited On-Site Support  

If any part of the wireless network experiences a malfunction that we cannot remotely resolve, ETS will immediately (usually within 4 hours) deploy a technician to make an on-site visit and repair the network. 

Extended Warranty

Extended warranty of all ETS installed wireless networking equipment with immediate hardware hot swap included.  Extended warranty coverage is valid only while the ETS Technical Service and Support agreement is active. 

Reduced Hourly On-site Service & General Maintenance

Since ETS is capable of troubleshooting and repairing your back office computers and other networking equipment -- we are offering a reduced hourly rate for any ETS on-site services which are not already covered by our extended warranty.  The reduced hourly rate is $80.00 per hour with no additional travel charges but requires a two-hour minimum charge.
